World of words! Aug 30, 2011
By K I was very excited to receive these today! They are for my 5 year old son who I am homeschooling this year. He is really starting to enjoy creating words from letters and I thought this would allow him to create not only words but sentences and paragraphs in the future. Just in the 20 minutes since I put it in his room he has already "written" out a short phrase he knew how to spell with the letters.
These are sent in sheets of rubber foam that the letters and punctuation have to be punched out of. I did not find them hard to punch out just a little time consuming. It took 45 minutes from start to finish to get them all done. I only had a few minor disappointments. The capitol I and J do not have lines on the top and bottom respectively so the "I" doubles as a capitol I and lower case l. Also the J is the same for upper and lower case. You just move the j down and put a dot on top to make it lower case. The p is also the same size and is just moved up or down on the "line" to make it upper or lower case. That being said, overall, I am very pleased and am sure they will get lots of use!

Good for preschools and up Jul 07, 2011

"Book addict"
My daughter is into learning about letters now that she can spell BUG all by herself. When she starts playing with the letters on the fridge and she needs lots of the same letters, I direct her here. She doesn't last long, but she tries to spell words. My only problem, if I had to state one, is that it would be nice if the letters were a tad thicker. But, overall I see this product helping a child from letter identification, through paragraph writing. Its awesome.
