Another excellent product from Leapfrog - again not available in the UK, but definitely worth getting if you can purchase from the States. Allows the family to play fun games that also promote learning at the same time - would definitely recommend.

Really fun edition to tag reader items Aug 18, 2010

My 7 y.o. daughter only played with this about ten minutes when I gave it to her. I really thought she would love this, I'm still hoping she will get more into this. Two other kids, boys, 6-7, have come to our house since purchase and they absolutely loved this. The squares are a little hard to get out of their places but I expect after use they will loosen up a bit. I'm always looking for things with more activity for the tag reader, so this looked promising to me. I'm interested in the map that will be coming out soon. Overall I think this funny phrases board is great and hopeful that it will get more use at our house.

I bought several book, the alphabet and phrase boards along with the tag system. I think it is a very good product. I bought it because my grandson was having difficulty with spelling and reading in school. He has actually picked up the alphabet board and sat and made his spelling words without us telling him to do so. My granddaughter is only 4, but has picked up the book and we showed her how it will tell her the whole story by itself and she sits and listens to the whole book. The only thing I have to say is that the memory is only able to hold 5 things, so you must take something out to put something new in. I think I am probably going to buy another basic pen, for the two of them so we can have double the pleasure without having to download or upload. Great system !!!

This is lots of fun for kids! Another one you need to have to go with Tag. Just wish the case was big enough to fit this also.

My son uses his Tag reader quite a bit with his Tag books. But, this toy is so popular with him that he's worn out the batteries in his Tag twice in the past 3 days from playing so much with this toy! He absolutely LOVES it. The phrases really are funny - and that's why he loves it. Hopefully, he's learning the words as the reader says them. But, only time will tell. ;) Either way, he's having fun with it.
