I love these pens. It's very handy to have a pen, highlighter, and post-it flags all in one place. Also, this is one of the few pen/highlighter combos to offer highlighters in colors other than yellow.

As an avid note taker who is really anal about cataloging my notes, I thought these pens would be a great addition to my supplies. The result: They are just average. The overall concept is great; I just wish they were a little bit better quality. The ink is similar to what you would find in a cheap stick pen. And when you put the cap on top of the pen while you are writing, there is not quite enough space for you to hold it comfortably without the top poking your hand. I'd definitely buy these again if they upped the quality of ink a little and made them a bit longer.

As a law student, I go through packs of highlighters every semester. This highlighter definitely tops the list as the go-to product for its functionality and multi-purpose use!
The post-it "flags" are useful to tab pages and easily stick and re-stick to pages. Each pen comes with more than enough to last.
The pen writes well, and the ink line is pretty smooth.
Four stars given because the highlighter does not last very long. The colors are very vibrant and bold. Dries quickly, but does not last as long. Each pen lasts about a week to a month before the color quality starts fading.
The "design" on the pen rubs off after a while, as well.
Overall great product because instead of taking a handful of pens, one is portable enough for on-the-go reading!

I am a college student and unfortunately have to do a lot of research and editing that is not online or in a digital database. These markers/pens are perfect for highlighting as I read, then flagging the pages in which I have highlighted passages so they are easy to find later when I need to include a quote or a reference in my assignments. Also, the convenience of a pen on the other end makes this ideal for note taking in class when following along in a book or on a handout! I don't have to keep picking up a highlighter, then swapping out and picking up a pen, all I have to do is flip from one end to the other in order to accomplish both tasks. I love it, and recommend it no-holds-barred! :)

Love the highlighters, the flags are great to have so handy and the pen writes ok. But.....the caps are not well designed for ease of of replacing. As a matter of fact they are a pain to put back on. Looks neat with the angled edge but they have to be correctly aligned to put them on....more trouble than a pen needs to be!! What were they thinking??
