Wonderful travel toy/tool! Jan 15, 2008

I purchased this as something for my young teen daughters to do while traveling in the car. The questions are challenging and encourage the girls to read the Bible when they want to learn more about the topic in question. It's okay for one child to do alone, but it is so much fun for two or more kids (and adults). It's also a great before bedtime game when transitioning from an active evening to a more restful period. It's a superb way for parents to help their kids (and themselves!) test their knowledge about the Bible and to spend time with each other. I highly recommend this product!

The description provided by the supplier for this product was too vague. We ordered the product because we wanted cards not a book. The shipping weight on the description stated 4 lbs. so we thought we were getting a LOT of cards. We received 56 two-sided cards which obviously equals only 112 questions. Not a lot of value for $16. In addition, we paid $9+ for shipping a product equivalent to two decks of playing cards. The printing on the cards is large, however. Layout is clear. The 4 categories are nice. Questions challenging. Still not sure the value is there.

I use these with my Royal Ambassadors to play Look it Up! and they love it. They learn about various parts of the bible and hone their skills at finding the book, chapter and verse quickly. I recommend these to anyone! You can probably make this interesting for an adult bible study class as well.
