The best crayons you can buy. Dec 06, 2009
By E. Hamilton I fell in in love with Crayola Construction Paper Crayons a couple years ago when I picked up a box of 16 colors at a local art store. I am an artist and use this product in my mixed-media works on paper; their thick, opaque quality is perfect for coloring over practically any medium. I went back to the local art store to get two more boxes a week later- and had I known that Crayola would DISCONTINUE THE PRODUCT, I would have bought all that they had in the store. Now the only way you can buy them is by "Classpack" in large quantities. Finally, I broke down and bought this box of 160 Crayons. I did much research and ended up buying this particular classpack at the last minute without looking carefully at the item description, so I was slightly disappointed when they arrived: please note that these are the FAT crayons- not the skinny ones- and you only get 8 colors- NOT 16.

Best crayons around! Oct 05, 2006
By Mallory F. Price

I watched my kindergarten son's class as they colored their construction paper pumpkins (of varying shades of construction paper, none orange) and I was amazed at how vibrant the colors of the crayons were. The art teacher told me they were these special construction paper crayons--and they are incredible. The kids could make the pumpkin's eyes glow, the teeth glimmer, every attribute they colored stood out. You can buy them in smaller packs elsewhere, just do a google search.
