These little guys are awesome!! I don't usually allow my first graders to have colored pencils because there is no way 20 first graders can keep 12 pencils sharpened without involving a lot ot time and mess. These are the perfect answer. They stay sharpened with no noise and mess. I ordered a set for each child in my classroom and they love them. One caveat: if they extend the lead too much, it will break off.

These are great! I never have to worry about sharpening and they pack up easily and travel well. They are a little bit thicker than traditional colored pencils so you can't get a super fine line. They are more like really skinny crayons, but that works just fine for my needs. The colors are a good variety, too.

Very good pencils that do not require a pencil-sharpener, and do no break.
easily erased with a regular eraser. better to use for drawing and painting than for writing since they may not be sharp enough.
