Difficult for small hands Dec 23, 2011
By loudforluke These are easy grip, but definitely not easy squeeze. I purchased these for my kindergartner and preschooler. The kindergartener can use these, but with difficulty, and he gets frustrated after awhile. They are very rigid and hard to squeeze to pick items up. My youngest can't use them at all. They seem to be very good quality though, and I will be holding onto them to use down the road.

Too stiff to be used effectively as tweezers Dec 12, 2011
By HLee Pros: -Well made, sturdy plastic -Bright; variety of colors included
Cons: I purchased this set for little hands that are struggling with fine motor skills. Unfortunately, these tweezers are so rigid that the kids quickly abandon them. Even my adult hands have some difficulty wielding these properly. Buyer be wary of this! The kids take to the dollar store clothes pins more often than these.

Wonderful Set Nov 30, 2011
By 1+1+1=1 This set is awesome for the price. They are a bit hard for a younger toddler to squeeze, but she still enjoys them for fine motor work. My 5 year old loves them and plays with them for all sorts of things!
LR Products rock! Apr 07, 2012
By Meghan Our 2 year old loves these Learning Resources Easy Grip Tweezers! These are a must have and great addition to your activity/craft room or closet! We use these with the Learning Resources Jumbo Magnifiers - Set of 6! With the quality and quantity these come in, they feel like they will never break and when/if they do there's back up. :)

By smithcare These are excellent for development of fine motor skills. I found, however, that they are a little stiff. My little ones have a hard time squeezing them hard enough to pick something up. They have to use 2 hands. They get a bit frustrated. I have children ages 2 to just under 4 using them.
