Great Toy, High Quality Jul 01, 2010

"The Business Protector"
We purchased this table several years ago and it has moved across the ocean -- twice. It's still in very good shape.
It's the perfect height for our small children to sit and use (when they sit still, of course!) and the bucket in the middle is a great place to store the Legos. It's a bit hard for children to reach into the bucket to grab the blocks (they have to stand up to reach it), not a big issue.
Just tighten the bolts every couple of months on the chairs and table...!
One minor drawback: it's hard to use the table for other activities, especially those that involve writing, because of the Lego "platters" that are on the table surface. You can take them off, but there's a small hole in the middle of each section (so you can easily lift out the platters) which can still make writing activities difficult. You could probably cut a small, thin piece of plastic or wood to put in the holes -- or just cover the entire surface with a flat surface -- if you wanted to use it for writing.
All in all, a great little play table and very good quality.
well worth the cost Jan 24, 2010
By angie Great product! We originally purchased a lego table by imaginarium from toysrus for our 2 and 4 yr old and returned it b/c the overall table and chairs were so small, in turn purchasing this table. This is a wonderful table and worth paying $100 more than the one returned. Allows 2 or more children to have their own play area without fighting over space. The only things to keep in mind when purchasing is that you do need the space for it b/c it is large. Also, the seats are round so when our 2 yr old sits on the edge of the seats the chair will fall foward or side ways.
