 Great headphones for young kids! Nov 22, 2009

We got these headphones for our 2 year-old daughter's portable DVD player. We were traveling on an airplane and needed something to allow her to hear the movies without disturbing others. I was really skeptical that she would wear them at all, but she loves them! She wants to wear them all the time, even when she is watching movies at home where headphones aren't required! The headphones are small and fit snugly over her ears, but must not be uncomfortable because she has never complained. I love the one wire instead of two, we haven't had any tangling or snagging issues. They seem durable and the sound quality is fine. I would say these are a great purchase for the money!

I bought two of these (for a 5 yr old and 8 yr old).
We have been through so many types of headphones, trying to find something that stays up on the head or in/on the ears and that doesn't break easily. FINALLY we have found the perfect ones.
They seem very sturdy, and I haven't heard a single complaint yet about them staying on. The kids dance around in them with no problem. They also fit my 3 yr. old. I was hesitant to pay more than $10 for a set of earphones for a kid, but now I am glad that I did.

I bought 3 of this headphones and I absolutely love it. I was concerned because I read a bad comment saying this could easyly break. This is not true. I have 3 girls of all ages, and we use this article for traveling as they can hear their movies inside the car with a DVD player. This one covers the ear completely so my husband and I can talk and hear radio in the meantime. We could not do that with standar headphones.
It's a great gift too. I can recomend it 100%

Personally, I'm a little annoyed because the product listing distinctly says its BLUE and they sent me red. Fortunately my kid doesn't care. My two and a half year old son was so thrilled to have his own headphones and loves to wear these -- even if they're plugged into nothing. While I wish there were a volume lock on this product like on some other children's headphones, they feel durable and fit comfortably on his head. He should be able to use them for a long time as the head arc is expandable and he's on the smallest size position. The cord is good and long so he doesn't have to be right up against the screen.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase. (But they were supposed to be blue. Grr.)

I have been looking for kids headphones and these are great! My 3 yr old loves them which is great as now I don't have to listen to her DVD'S! This is a great product. The color is bright (I have red ones) but my daughter loves it.
