I wish it weren't so thin. Sep 17, 2009
By pixels and bits We buy a lot of paper each year. Mead provides a good basic (cheap) paper that will no doubt meet the needs of most students. However, I find the paper to be thinner than expected which may be an issue for those who exert significant pressure when they write or those who rely on their trusty eraser to get them through the day. It's OK - nothing great - a good utilitarian option but for wide-ruled paper (for younger students) I think it really shouldn't be quite so thin.
Pricing Note (not part of the review):
The price as I write this review is $1.33 for 200 sheets of wide-ruled filler paper. That is the delivered price if you are an Amazon Prime member or combine with other products to get Super Saver Shipping. If the price is higher as you read this review you may want to consider coming back at the start of the next school season and stocking when they are on sale.

Kept expectation low May 05, 2011
By waikiki I wasn't expecting much since I've read the reviews before purchasing that said the papers were thin. For my 5 year old just learning to write, it's good enough. However, for any other uses, I won't recommend.

School Paper Mar 01, 2011
By embrown I purchased this paper for my son for school. We purchase it often. I just love Amazon and the fact that when we need something like paper we order it and it arrives quickly.

I feel ripped off. Nov 16, 2010
By Bob Dole I bought this and when it came in the plastic cover was open from the bottom. It seems like they just repackaged non-branded line paper and put it into a plastic bag with a Mead title cover. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Awful quality Dec 15, 2010
By A. Erik Luczko I agree with one of the reviewers: this must be a re-packaged inferior 99 cent quality product resold for a profit. Pages are literally see-through.
