A good stamp pad Dec 30, 2011
By charlotte This is a great ink pad. I had bought my 3 yr old grandaughter a stamp set made by Melissa & Doug but the ink pads that came with it were all dried up which was very disappointing. However, this pad works great! I like that they come in several different colors and they also have scents. Now my grandaughter enjoys using all of her different stamps. I plan to purchase other colors as well.

Just ok... Dec 19, 2011
By Sara McCarty The stamp pad is a nice quality, however as far as the grape scent goes, I don't smell it. A few of my students claim they can, but I think it's just because they REALLY want to! ;)
pretty good stamp pad May 07, 2012
By Colleen Roth After receiving a Melissa and Doug stamp pad that was dried out, we looked for a washable replacement. This is a great dark purple stamp and super moist! It will hopefully last a long time. It is washable on most surfaces however because it is so moist, our four year old made quite a mess. It did leave faint marks on our old oak table. Next time I'll be smart and break out a table cloth. But otherwise we are pleased. The smell is ok. Four year old loved it.
Review of grape scented stamp pad Feb 11, 2012
By ssguru The grape scent was not strong enough. I use it for stamping completed assignments and my kids could barely smell it. I think, perhaps it was old. I will not purhase other scents.
Washable but does not smell like grape. Feb 09, 2012
By teamelon Based on the reviews here, I decided to give this stamp pad a try. With soap and warm water, the ink can be easily washed off your fingers/hands/arms (all tested); however, it is not easily washable from the rubber stamp itself. I tried to wash the ink off the rubber stamp many many times; even used q-tips but no luck. I do not think that it will leave the dark purple/bluish color on my lighter ink pads but it was frustrating to wash. In regards to the grape smell, I would describe the smell as sweet but not so grape-like; not like the real grapes or grape soda. Overall, this is still an interesting scented washable ink pad that my toddler enjoys; will buy the other lighter colors to try also.
