I bought this and it did not come with the pegs. It was just a flat piece of rubber with holes in it. The picture is very misleading.

My fault- I overlooked the description when I purchased it (I had been shopping a few)... BUT unlike the photo of the pegboard, it does not include the pegs. Yes, it was my mistake, but as a busy mom shopping online it's easy to make the mistake when the picture is misleading.
