STANDARD U.S. SHIPPING
Items are sent from our Alabama warehouse the same or next business day of the order via UPS Ground, and occasionally USPS when appropriate. ALASKA / HAWAII are considered shipping upgrades and do incur higher shipping costs.

RETURNED ORDERS that are returned by the shipper for incorrect address will be handled like a customer return.

ORDER ERRORS
You have 30 days to report orders not arriving, or missing or damaged items, as we cannot file a claim for the shipment after 30 days.

INVENTORY NUMBERS are updated hourly, and are not guaranteed. Items may be out of stock if another customer beats you to the purchase. If an item runs out of stock we will contact you ASAP!
